Welcome to Theron Ranch Private Executive Equestrian Stables.
Theron Ranch is an Executive Equestrian Boarding Facility located in a Private Gated Equestrian Community just a short 20 Min from the
Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF), from January 3 to March 31
Global Dressage Festival, and
The International Polo Club (IPC).
We are located on a quiet 10-acre, Fully fenced-in, and Secure property.
The Barn right next to the Arena consist of 20 Stables on ground level and Executive Owner and Staff accommodations on the second floor.
On the second floor, a two-story fully furnished executive living quarters with ground-level stables and luxury accommodations for the owner/staff above.
Eight bedrooms (four on each side) sleep 16 people: two queen-size bedrooms and six 2-bed/bunk bedrooms. There are also two kitchens, two living rooms, and four male/female bathrooms.

When you rent Stables from Theron Ranch, the following equipment is available for you to use:

Our year-round horse barn and equestrian facilities have the following benefits:
- Two-story barn, with stables on ground level and owner/staff luxury accommodations on the second floor. 8 bedrooms (4 on each side) sleep 16 people. Two Queen size bedrooms, and two 2-bed/bunk bedrooms. 2 Kitchens, 2 living rooms, and 4 male-female bathrooms.

- Regulation-size Dressage Covered 2 Story Arena is fully irrigated with mirrors and a full set of jumps, including bar and 2nd story photography area with private parking for media guests.

- Two RV trailer campsites with water, electric, and sewer hookups.

- And full use of our local-trip 6 Horse Equestrian Trailer.

- Starlink Direct Satellite High-Speed Internet up to 300 Mbps or Broadband High-Speed Cable services with private router.
- Stable Hand/laborer 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, included in your Boarding package.
- Plus/minus 20 minutes from all International Equestrian events year-round in Wellington.
Annual or Seasonal Cost includes everything listed above. We prefer rentals annually but seasonal welcome. Renters will rent entire facility for a year irregardles of if you use it only seasonal. The entire equestrian facility is yours for the duration of the year.
