Our year-round horse stables and equestrian facilities have the following benefits:
- Two-story barn, with stables on ground level and owner/staff luxury accommodations on the second floor. 8 bedrooms (4 on each side) sleep 16 people. Two Queen size bedrooms, and two 2-bed/bunk bedrooms. 2 Kitchens, 2 living rooms, and 4 male-female bathrooms.
- Twenty (20) European-style stalls,
- Mare and Foal Stall.
- Private Tack Rooms and Feed Rooms
- Private Equestrian Office for Boarders.
- All with A/C, Fans, and Mats in every stall.

- Regulation-size Dressage Covered 2 Story Arena is fully irrigated with mirrors and a full set of jumps, including bar and 2nd story photography area with private parking for media guests.

- Stable Hand/laborer 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, included in your Boarding package.
- Plus/minus 20 minutes from all International Equestrian events year-round in Wellington.
The annual or Seasonal Cost includes everything listed above. We prefer rentals annually, but seasonal rentals are welcome. Renters will rent the entire facility for a year regardless of whether they use it only seasonally. The whole equestrian facility is yours for the year.
ATTENTION EQUESTRIANS:
- Caloosa property owners can use the Covered Arena and lounge area during weekends only. See schedule below.
- The Stables and Facility rental rate is $750,000 annually, which includes full equestrian stalls, part-time indoor arena access, full-time outdoor arena access and lodging facilities as indicated above.
- Bookings are yearly starting on January 01 of each year thru December 31
- If renters only use the property per season, that year’s remaining months still belong to you.
- The enclosed arena is lit day and night and available to you the entire time of your rental timeframe except when Caloosa residents use it during weekends.
- You may invite guests to the entire facility day or night.
- The arena has a bar and kitchen to be stocked by you as renter.
- Media and buyers/sellers are welcome based on your schedule.
- Gate access is controlled by you. Please do not leave the property gates open for the safety of the horses and people.
- For large functions, please contact the ranch foreman or owner and we will be happy to assist you.
- The booking calendar below allows only for you to manually select the days of rental. This ensures us that you intended to board your horses each of the selected days.
