Theron Ranch will build out a minimum of 15 great log homes scattered throughout this Wyoming Ranch as well as a Grand Community Center with community access and indoor heated Wyoming sulfur spring pool and guest rooms similar to a top-end hotel including a connoisseur chef and staff in the main dining room for board members and guests of TEC corporation. The ranch will also include an executive airport.
